CutShot ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use our mobile application.

1. Local-First Architecture

CutShot is designed as a "Local-First" application. This means regarding your video content:

• Video Files: Your video recordings are stored locally on your device or your personal iCloud/Google Photos library. We do not upload your videos to our servers.
• Ownership: You retain full ownership and control of your video content.

2. Data We Collect

We collect minimal data to provide the service:

• Account Information: If you create an account, we store your email address and authentication ID (via Supabase) to allow for syncing your statistics (JSON data) across devices.
• Usage Data (Statistics): Numerical data derived from your tagging (e.g., scores, kill rates) may be synced to our database to enable team sharing features. This does not include video footage.
• Purchase History: To manage your subscriptions (Court Hero, Pro Coach), we process purchase status via RevenueCat and the Apple App Store. We do not store your credit card information.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted third-party services:

• Supabase: For authentication and database synchronization.
• RevenueCat: For managing in-app subscriptions and purchases.
• Sentry (Optional): For crash reporting and bug fixing (anonymized).

4. Your Rights

You can request the deletion of your account and all associated metadata stored on our servers at any time directly within the app settings or by contacting us.
