Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the CutShot mobile application.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CutShot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Subscriptions and Purchases

CutShot offers subscription plans ("Court Hero", "Pro Coach") that grant access to premium features.

Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Renewal Costs: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package (e.g., CHF 1.90/month or CHF 19.90/year for Court Hero).
Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

3. Content and Local Storage

CutShot is a local-first application. You are solely responsible for backing up your video data. We are not liable for any loss of video files stored on your device or external storage media.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CutShot and its licensors.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CUTSHOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

6. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
